The file upload part allows a student to upload a file as part of the answer to a question. For example, and student might need to draw a picture and take a picture of it. This part is manually graded.
To add a File Upload part to a problem:
- Go to the problem.
- Select Add part and then select File Upload.
- Edit the settings as desired.
- Preview the problem by selecting the Preview tab.

| File types allowed | File types that are acceptable to be uploaded |
| Points | optional. Defaults to 1. |
| Full credit | Whether to give full credit for any answer before it is manually graded (defaults to true). |
