Adding a problem to an assignment

To add a problem to an assignment: 

1. Go to the assignment and select the Problems tab.
2. In the problem row, select the Actions menu ("...") and then Add to another assignment.
3. Select the course and then the assignment in which to add the problem.
4. Specify whether you want to link to the existing problem (default) or make a new copy of the problem when adding.
5. Select Add.
6. Be sure to publish the assignment if you want the changes to be available to students.
7. Note: You can also perform this action from the problem editor.

To add multiple problems to an assignment at once:

1. Go to the assignment and select the Problems tab.
2. Multi-select the problems you want to copy.
3. Select Add items > Add items to another assignment from the toolbar.
4. Select the course and then the assignment in which to add the problem.
5. Specify whether you want to link to the existing problem (default) or make a new copy of the problem when adding.
6. Select Add.
7. Be sure to publish the assignment if you want the changes to be available to students.
