You are probably seeing this page if your access code was not accepted by Edfinity because it doesn't include OfficeHours. Your institution has adopted a bundle which includes both Edfinity and an OfficeHours subscription. Legacy Edfinity-only access codes can no longer be used to enroll. Please inform your bookstore that they need to provide you with an OfficeHours-bundled access code.

Hello,
The Edfinity access code that I received from your bookstore didn't work, and Edfinity informed me that it was invalid because it does not include OfficeHours. Since our institution has adopted the Edfinity/OfficeHours product bundle, I need an access code that includes OfficeHours access, and legacy Edfinity-only access codes will not work. Could you please purchase Edfinity/OfficeHours bundle access codes that can be used at our institution? It takes two minutes to obtain the codes.
