Refund eligibility
Per our Terms of Use, you are eligible to receive a refund for a dropped course if you meet these criteria:
- We can only issue a refund if you bought access directly from Edfinity at edfinity.com. If you purchased an access code at a bookstore, you will need to get a refund through the bookstore after being dropped from the course.
- You can only request a refund if less than two weeks have elapsed since your purchase.
Steps to get a refund
- Go to your course and select the Information tab.
- Select Drop this course. You'll be informed whether you are eligible for a refund.
- Select Drop. You will be dropped from the course.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you will see a Request refund button.
- Select Request refund, then select Refund. Please note that there is a small non-refundable payment processing fee deducted from the refund.
