If you are using Edfinity through your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, etc.)
If you are accessing Edfinity through your LMS, you should use the latest version of Firefox/Chrome on a laptop/desktop computer.
Please update to the newest version of Chrome/Firefox on their Windows/Apple desktop or laptop at the start of the term.
This is because other browser-platform combinations (such as iOS) may handle cookies in a way that can prevent students from launching into Edfinity from the LMS (this is a constraint imposed by LMS systems, not Edfinity). If you opt to use such browser-platform combinations, our support team may not be able to diagnose any issues that occur.
