Archiving or restoring a course

Archiving a course

Archiving a course hides it from your active courses in My Courses.

  1. Open the course, and select the Settings > Course details tab.
  2. Click the Archive course button.

To archive multiple courses at once:

  • Go to Courses > My Courses from the top menu.
  • Multi-select the courses you want to archive.
  • Select the Archive courses button in the toolbar.

Restoring a course

Restoring an archived course makes it visible within your active courses in My Courses.

  1. Go to Courses > My Courses from the top menu.
  2. Filter on Archived courses.
  3. Open the course, and select the Settings > Course details tab.
  4. Click the Restore course button.

To restore multiple courses at once:

  • Go to Courses > My Courses from the top menu.
  • Filter on Archived courses.
  • Multi-select the courses you want to restore.
  • Select the Restore courses button in the toolbar.

Viewing archives courses

To view archived courses:

  • Go to Courses > My Courses from the top menu.
  • Filter on Archived courses.
