If you have purchased access to your course on Edfinity, and you do not see it when you are logging in, that means that you have created multiple accounts on Edfinity and are logging into the wrong account. You need to log into the account you purchased access from to see your course.
To figure out which account you purchased access from, you have two options:
- You can check the receipt that was emailed to you when you purchased access for your course. The email address associated with your purchase will be listed on the receipt.
- You can also ask your instructor to check what email address appears next to your name on the Students tab of their course.
If you log into the account with the correct email, you will be able to see your course again.
