Dropped students cannot automatically be re-enrolled in courses. Please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your email address
- The educator link/URL for the course (not the student join link)
- The email address of the student that needs to be enrolled. This needs to be the same email address as the email with which the student originally enrolled (you can double check by going to the students tab of your course and filtering by dropped students).
- Our support team will re-enroll the student for you.
