To allow students to practice on random variations of problems in an assignment:
- Go to the assignment and select the Settings > Learning Aids tab.
- The following settings are available.
| Allow practice problems | Allow student to practice on random variations of a problem when applicable. If enabled, a "Practice Similar" button will be available to students for applicable problems. |
| Show practice button after n attempts | The number of attempts required by the student before the practice button is shown. Defaults to 0. |
| During practice, make solutions available | Determines how solutions are made available. Options: Immediately; After n attempts; After answered correctly. |
