Edfinity allows you to easily share your section with any colleagues or collaborators, including teaching assistants (TAs) and tutors.
To share your course with others, go to the course. Select Share.
Adding a course collaborator
To share your course with a collaborator, enter the email addresses of the educator with whom you want to share your course. In addition, specify the level of access (view or edit) to your course.
Access level | Course access |
---|---|
View |
Use view-level access if you want collaborators to be able to access your course material without being able to see your students.
|
Edit |
Use edit-level access if you want to collaborate on course construction or if you have want someone to be able to help you with day-to-day course management (e.g. a TA).
|
Repeat the above steps for each collaborator. Select Send to invite collaborators to your course. They will receive an email and be asked to sign up for an Edfinity account if they do not already have one. They will see the course in their Courses Taught.

You can change the access level a collaborator has to your course by using the access dropdown.
