Edfinity Customer Support is fast, free, and included with active subscriptions for both educators and students. Edfinity is committed to rapid response of all support requests. Requests can be logged with Edfinity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide online support between the hours of 9am and 8pm, US Eastern time, excluding weekends and all public/government holidays.
