Coming soon! Performance Alerts is an early alert and intervention tool that helps educators identify both at-risk and high-achieving students using automated alerts and engage with them to improve learning outcomes.
Benefits. By identifying at-risk students early and providing them with the support they need, you can prevent them from falling behind and ultimately dropping out. By recognizing students who are performing well, you can boost their confidence and motivation to continue striving for success.
Performance Alerts Features:
-
Customizable alerts to identify both struggling and successful students. Performance Alerts provides an intuitive interface for creating alerts to filter students based on Edfinity assessment performance. For example, educators may set alerts to identify students who (a) Fail to submit assignments on time, (b) Consistently score below or above a certain score threshold, (c) Demonstrate an upward/downward trend in performance
Performance Alerts is pre-configured with a library of research-backed alerts that may be used as-is or customized.
-
Automated email engagement with students. Performance Alerts automatically schedules emails to be sent to students identified by an educator’s alerts. Emails are personalized for each student and sent on behalf of their educator. Student responses are routed to their educator’s inbox.
For example, educators may use alerts to identify struggling students and send emails offering support to get back on track. Educators may also praise the achievements of high-performing students and encourage them to continue to excel. Performance Alerts is pre-configured with a library of email templates that may be used as-is or customized.
